Okresearchfoundation – When you hear the term “cloud computing” what comes to mind – I would guess a lot of knowledge workers doing their job, easily accessible and secure by themselves, but maybe not a lot of other employees! Even some large databases also sit in private cloud servers offering huge benefits in storage space, accessibility and single pricing.
From this day forward, companies need to consider how to balance handing over control of critical business data to private cloud computing providers, with some type of rear-ward data delegation model. Could be a combination of approaches are needed, but either solution has to offer a benefit to a company, or risk becoming a two-edged sword. Before we get into the specifics of this cloud computing model, we need to grow our understanding of how the third part of this equation – to “leverage” – is actually going to be implemented. We can simplify the question of “How to acquire data” which is best answered by typing the answer into a search engine – Let’s use my company as an example because In thwart terms, I am managing much of my firm data.
To start with, let’s ask a few questions:

Well, I realize that in some years, in today’s modern networking, some data will flow outside of my companies firewall, what’s to prevent that? How is this data reviewed, when is it reviewed? Finally, how is that review going to be done and who will this be done for? Am I getting this review done by someone else? Will I have to pay? Will I have to pay for this service? And can I trust the review to be totally accurate?
Jayapoker – Now lets talk about how to acquire this data. How big a data problem is this for my company and how much is it going to cost, to get this data? Am I going to be able to fit all of this data into my company’s existing computer system or will I need to purchase a new system, complete with its own tuning? So it would be fair to say that when we talk about “imaging”, we are really saying that we are going to have to transfer the large black box data that we are working on today, into what we hope are digital representations of that data, starting with our own computers and ending up with our customers computers.
How would you even begin to begin the path toward this new approach, answering your question, porting over those large black box data into a digital range of digital representations?
Taking this approach was actually quite challenging and failed quite miserably for the company in the 1970s. However, in this day and time, corporations plan to manage hosted data on premises by next year, or so. So there is a gap in the market, but not a broad gap. I expect to see these corporations finally start tolevel the data distributionvideo Game.
Ok, now lets find out how to address this simple roadblock. We want to have to know what does this data look like exactly. We want to know where it is stored, where it resides and how we harvest this data from these new real-time characters. Now tell me, have you ever spoken with a public computer systems specialist how easy it was to manage a really large image file to get your company’s information? This was a large red flag in my mind and one that was never caught. I spent a great deal of time trying to get a solution out of my CEO. My fault. I should have probably spoken to his national sales manager to balance his own lack of knowledge. If you have spent any time searching for answers on this area, you know you need to spend some time looking at the business end of it. What data storage would my new system cost? Who would host it? How will my data be large enough to keep up with the business and right down to the amount my data will be monitored for accuracy?
When accumulating this data, as pouring through meetings, croging through disks, and even putting up with companies that want to handle these new solutions without training, you do start to understand the challenges you will have gather up to solve this solution.
